The recognition followed a thorough evaluation, particularly in the area of timely and effective implementation of NEMA’s 2024 annual work plan.
SERVICOM in an award to the Agency, noted NEMA’s dedication to connecting the Government with citizens and improving the lives of the populace through quality service delivery across Nigeria.
The award was presented through the Director of Special Duties, Hajiya Fatima Suleiman Kasim, who delivered it today to the Director General, Mrs. Zubaida Umar.
In her remarks, Hajiya Kasim congratulated the DG NEMA and praised her leadership in driving the agency’s success. Responding, the DG NEMA Mrs Zubaida Umar expressed her gratitude and dedicated the award to the management and staff of NEMA for their collective effort.
Additionally, the SERVICOM office recognized NEMA staff member Mrs. Tabitha Helen Jock as the Best Performing Desk Officer under Team A of the Parastatal SERVICOM Unit (PSU) further highlighting the agency’s commitment to excellent service delivery.
